This notice covers the volodata.tech website. It explains what happens to information when you visit the site or schedule a demo.

Scheduling a demo

When you schedule a demo, the scheduler is provided by Google Calendar. The details you enter (name, email, phone number, company, industry, team size and the time you pick) go to VOLO Data's Google Workspace calendar so we can hold the meeting and follow up with you about it. Google's privacy policy also applies to that form.

We use these details to run the demo and to talk with you about VOLO. We do not sell them.

Visiting the site

• If you switch to dark mode, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It is not sent to us.
• The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, to run and protect the site.
• We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Logging in to VOLO

The Log in button takes customers to the VOLO application. How the application handles customer data is covered by each customer's agreement with VOLO Data.
